Q: Are pets allowed?
Yes – one pet maximum per apartment. A $30 monthly pet fee and a one-time, non-refundable $200 pet fee apply. Dogs must be under 40 lbs, and certain breeds are restricted.
Q: Are the apartments newly renovated?
Yes, each apartment includes new flooring, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, and modern finishes.
Q: Who handles maintenance and upkeep?
Our full-time maintenance team takes care of all building and grounds maintenance, snow removal, and professional lawn care — so you can enjoy hassle-free living.
Q: Are the apartments furnished?
No, apartments are unfurnished so you can personalize your space.

No. Both properties are smoke-free.

Q: What types of apartments are available?
Sheridan offers two-bedroom apartments in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The primary bedroom is large (about 155 square feet) and includes a good-sized closet. The second bedroom is smaller (about 100 square feet); many tenants use it as an office or guest space. Each apartment-home has been 100% newly remodeled with new tub-shower, vanity and toilet in the bathroom, 100% new kitchen with new cabinets, countertop, flooring throughout.

Q: Are utilities included in rent?
For the convenience of our residents, we bundle bundle natural gas for heat, water, sewer and trash in to a $90 monthly utility fee. Electric, cable, and internet are paid by the tenant directly to the provider.
Q: What type of heating and cooling is provided?
All apartments are heated with efficient natural gas hot water from a central boiler system. Each unit has its own thermostat, allowing residents to control the temperature individually. Built-in air conditioning units are included in both the living room and primary bedroom of every apartment.
Q: Is laundry included?
The apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor each include their own, new, full-size washer and dryer. The 4 apartments on the ground level have access to a shared coin-operated laundry room.
Q: Is parking available?
Yes, you get one FREE parking space in the paved private lot behind the apt building, with an optional second space available in the back for $25/month. There is also free street parking available.

All second and third floor apartments have private balconies.

Each unit spans approximately 450 square feet, originally built in 2002 and beautifully remodeled with modern finishes for comfort and efficiency.

Q: What type of heating and cooling is provided?
Each apartment includes a wall-mounted PTAC unit (similar to the heating and cooling systems commonly found in hotel rooms), which provides both electric heat and air conditioning. Residents control the temperature of their apartment independently.
Q: Is laundry available?
Yes. Residents share a coin-operated laundry room, located at the rear of the building.
Q: Is parking available?
Yes, each apartment includes one free off-street parking space in the private lot. Additional free street parking is also available along East Church St.
Q: Are any of the apartments easy to access without stairs?
A: Yes. The ground-floor apartments at Chatham Street offer direct access from the parking lot into the unit, with no stairs or elevation changes at the entryway or inside. These units provide convenient single-level living.
